Realicé un trabajo de investigación cuyo objetivo fue evaluar la respuesta germinativa in vitro presentada por las variedades del programa de mejoramiento genético de algodón de INTA, frente a condiciones de estrés hídrico. Las habilidades adquiridas durante los ocho meses en los que realicé la investigación fueron: preparación de medios de cultivos para ensayos de cultivo in vitro, deslintado de semillas, técnicas asépticas de cultivo in vitro y empleo del software estadístico INFOSTAT/P para análisis de los resultados obtenidos en los ensayos.Este trabajo se llevó a cabo en la Estación Experimental Agropecuaria (EEA) del Instituto Nacional de Tecnología Agropecuaria (INTA) Sáenz Peña, en coordinación con la cátedra de Ingeniería Genética Aplicada de la Universidad Nacional del Chaco Austral (UNCAUS). Además, actualmente realizo una pasantía en un laboratorio de análisis clínico de la Unidad Médica Educativa de la UNCAUS con capacitación en manipulación de muestras biológicas, entrenamiento en manejo de equipamiento automatizado y preparación de material estéril para bacteriología. *Information provided by the agent in SIGEVALines of Investigation
