Soy biotecnóloga y actualmente desarrollo mi tesis doctoral en el área de biotecnología vegetal, enfocándome en el uso de plantas transplastómicas para la producción de biofármacos. Mi formación y experiencia se centran en el manejo de técnicas de biología molecular y celular, incluyendo PCR, electroforesis de ADN y ARN, Southern blot, Northern blot, SDS-PAGE, Western blot y ELISA. También tengo experiencia en purificación de proteínas por afinidad, transformación de bacterias y de explantos vegetales, expresion transitoria en plantas, técnicas de cultivo in vitro de plantas, así como procedimientos microbiológicos. Mi trabajo se aplica principalmente a la producción y análisis de proteínas recombinantes en sistemas vegetales, con proyección en el desarrollo de plantas transgénicas con aplicaciones biotecnológicas. *Information provided by the agent in SIGEVALines of Investigation
