Profesor investigador en el área de polímeros y reactores de polimerización, con actividad específica en la síntesis y caracterización de polímeros en medio disperso y en solución acuosa, tanto para aplicaciones biomédicas y biotecnológicas, como en recubrimientos, adhesivos, plásticos reforzados y cauchos. Se realizan tareas experimentales y trabajos teóricos y de simulación computacional de modelos propios. Se desarrollan tecnicas de caracterización para la medición de tamaños de partícula y de la estructura molecular de los polímeros; y estrategias de síntesis controlada de polímeros complejos en medio acuoso (nano e hidrogeles, nanopartículas híbridas, nanocápsulas, etc.) de acuerdo a la aplicación de interés. *Information provided by the agent in SIGEVA
