Mi campo principal de trabajo científico y docente es la Demografía. Dentro de la disciplina me encuentro especializado en dos áreas: Proyecciones de Población y Vulnerabilidad Social. En ambos campos desarrollo investigaciones científicas y actividad docente de posgrado. Asimismo cuento con una perspectiva integradora de la dinámica poblacional, e intento interpretar los fenómenos demográficos desde la perspectiva conceptual de la Sociología.Mi principal tema de interés es la dinámica demográfica en Argentina luego de la crisis de 2001, desde el enfoque de la vulnerabilidad sociodemográfica y en una perspectiva regional. En ella aplico técnicas de proyección demográfica, y utilizo información censal y de estadísticas vitales.Cuento con amplia experiencia docente de grado y posgrado en Demografía y Sociología. *Information provided by the agent in SIGEVALines of Investigation
