El trabajo de investigación en FI-UNER refirió al desarrollo de un equipo de termostatización in-vivo de embriones animales para screenings continuos de amplitud de tiempo media a larga. Se desarrolló mediante un módulo de impresión 3D fabricado mediante el método de deposición fundida, con proyecciones de fabricarse en material bioinerte y con medidas ajustables a un adaptador con tamaño de placa microtituladora de 85 x 127 mm. Este prototipo utilizó un área cuadrada de contención con medidas de vidrios cubreobjetos de 22 x 22 mm a los fines de que sea adaptable a medidas comerciales; esta zona de contención contiene a los embriones ensayados, cuyo medio se termostatiza mediante un esquema externo de circulación de agua y un sistema de termostatización peltier controlada mediante un controlador digital. *Information provided by the agent in SIGEVA
