Desde mi formación doctoral he investigado en temas relacionados a la aplicación de tecnologías de fluidos supercríticos para el aprovechamiento de recursos naturales, como la extracción y fraccionamiento de compuestos bioactivos y su incorporación en materiales poliméricos y biopoliméricos de soporte mediante impregnación supercrítica. Asimismo cuento con experiencia en técnicas de caracterización de extractos y materiales y en el modelado termodinámico de sistemas fluidos a alta presión y de transferencia de masa.
