Durante mi desarrollo profesional he adquirido el conocimiento para realizar experimentos en el campo de la oncología, epigenética, reparación del ADN, terapias con radiaciones ionizantes, medicina regenerativa, células madres y virología utilizando técnicas de biología molecular (PCR, qPCR, secuenciación de ADN, Clonado, Mutación sitio dirigida, desarrollo de vectores para expresión génica, western blot, ELISA, inmunoprecipitaciones, etc.) de biología celular (trabajo en esterilidad con cultivos celulares, establecimiento de cultivos primarios Citometría de Flujo, migraciones en cámaras de boyden, Adhesiones, zimografías, cito-inmunofluorescencias), de histología (inmunohistoquimicas, inmunofluorescencias, cortes con criostato y microtomo), de trabajo con animales de laboratorio (inoculaciones subcutaneas/intravenosas/intraperitoneales/intrahepaticas, Sistemas de imágenes in vivo, cirugías para la implantación de tumores intrahepáticos, radioterapia) analisis bioinformáticos y estadísticos *Information provided by the agent in SIGEVA
