Mi experiencia incluye virologia molecular así como vías de señalización y cáncer con referencia especial a cáncer del sistema gastrointestinal (colon y pancreas).Las técnicas que aplicamos en nuestro laboratorio son Western blot, inmunoprecipitación, SDS-Page, real time PCR, transfecciones, uso de reporters,inmunofluorescencia, real time imaging, diseño de sondas biológicas, diseño de vectores constitutivos e inducibles para uso en células eucariotas (lentivirus based-vectors), establecimiento de líneas celulares, etc. *Information provided by the agent in SIGEVA
