Realicé mi tesina de grado en 2019 con un modelo animal de ratas, lo cual me permitió adquirir habilidades en el uso y manejo de animales de laboratorio, las cuales he seguido perfeccionando mediante cursos y capacitaciones. Durante la tesina también realicé técnicas moleculares: PCR Tiempo Final, Western Blot, ELISA y DotBlot.Desde el año 2021 estoy desarrollando mi tesis doctoral en el Laboratorio de Reproducción y Lactancia, IMBECU-CONICET, Mendoza. Evaluamos el efecto de la interacción ent... Evaluamos el efecto de la interacción entre el hipertiroidismo y el estrés gestacional sobre modificaciones epigenéticas de genes involucrados en la regulación de la secreción de PRL y Glucocorticoides. Adicionalmente, también realizo seguimiento del desarrollo físico y neurológico de crías hasta la edad adulta, donde he realizado test comportamentales para evaluar conductas ansiosas-depresivas. He seguido formándome en técnicas moleculares (cultivo celular y citometría de flujo) y manejo animal, análisis de datos y videos. Adicionalmente, complementé mi formación por medio de una Diplomatura en Bioestadística mediada en entorno R.
