Me especializo en nanofósiles calcáreos del Jurásico temprano-medio de la Cuenca Neuquina, Argentina. Mi trabajo se centra en la determinación sistemática de nanofósiles calcáreos y su aplicación en bioestratigrafía, paleobiogeografía y paleoceanografía. Me interesan especialmente los cambios ambientales ocurridos durante el Evento de Anoxia Oceánica del Toarciano (T-OAE), evidenciados en la respuesta de los nanofósiles a este suceso y las características geoquímicas de los sedimentos de este período. Además, analizo la evolución del grupo en relación a las conexiones oceánicas entre los océanos Paleopacífico (actual región del Pacífico austral) y Tethys (actual región de Europa occidental). *Information provided by the agent in SIGEVA
