Nuestro laboratorio se especializa en el uso de métodos moleculares para la descripción cualitativa y cuantitativa de procesos microbianos en ecosistemas naturales y de ingeniería ambiental. Utilizamos herramientas de biología molecular (metagenómica, FISH, qPCR, etc) y nuestros principales intereses de investigación son:1. Comprender las reglas de ensamblado de comunidades microbianas en sistemas de biotecnologia ambiental y su relación con el rendimiento y la eficiencia de los procesos.2. Explorar la dinámica espacial y temporal de comunidades bacterianas del suelo en respuesta a los cambios ambientales introducidos por las prácticas agrícolas. 3) Aplicación de procesos de biotecnología ambiental para la valorización de residuos orgánicos, *Information provided by the agent in SIGEVA
