Durante mí PhD y mí posdoctorado he implementado técnicas de Biología Celular y Molecular: - Cultivo celular: primario y líneas celulares, - Inmunomarcación (microscopía óptica, confocal y electrónica), - Fijación tisular y celular, (incluyendo perfusión de animales de laboratorio),- Procesamiento de muestras para microscopía electrónica, cortes con ultramicrótomo, - Manejo de microscopio electrónico de transmisión y procesamiento digital de imágenes,- Técnicas de estereotaxia en roedores pequeños,- Citometría de flujo (marcadores de superficie, intracelulares y contenido de DNA),- Transfecciones celulares (sobre-expresión génica), - Cuantificación de proteínas, Western Blot y fraccionamientos subcelulares.-RNA seq, QPCR *Information provided by the agent in SIGEVA
