Mi investigación se centra en comprender cómo el glioblastoma reconfigura su microambiente, en particular mediante la angiogénesis, la modulación inmune y la reprogramación metabólica. Soy bióloga y doctoranda especializada en biología del cáncer y neuro-oncología. Mi investigación se centra en comprender cómo el glioblastoma reconfigura su microambiente, en particular mediante la angiogénesis, la modulación inmune y la reprogramación metabólica. Trabajo con células madre de glioma derivadas de pacientes y aplico una amplia variedad de técnicas experimentales, incluyendo cultivo celular, modulación génica por CRISPR, análisis transcriptómicos (RNA-Seq), citometría de flujo, ELISAs, inmunofluorescencia, Western blot y ensayos metabólicos. Además, integro herramientas bioinformáticas para análisis de vías y visualización de datos. Mi experticia se basa en combinar enfoques moleculares y celulares para investigar la progresión tumoral e identificar posibles blancos terapéuticos.
