En mi tesis de licenciatura trabajé con líneas de endocría de moscas por lo que aprendí a mantenerlas, así como a realizar experimentos de comportamiento, extracciones de ADN y verificación de calidad, amplificación con PCR, análisis de cromatogramas y uso de herramientas estadísticas para el análisis y correcta interpretación de los resultados.Durante mi doctorado trabajo con gorgojos por lo que efectúo muestreos periódicos y experimentos que involucran la utilización de antibióticos. A las técnicas moleculares incorporadas previamente se agregan la amplificación en tiempo real (qPCR), extracción de ARN, purificación y limpieza de extracciones de ADN, análisis de datos.En breve se incorporará experiencia en el armado de bibliotecas para la secuenciación ddRAD-seq y el posterior análisis de los datos bioinformáticos obtenidos. *Information provided by the agent in SIGEVA
