Realice una pasantía de un año para terminar mi magister en la microbiologia aplicada en el Instituto LARI(Lebanese Agriculture Research Institute) donde estudie por un lado, el efecto de la temperatura de la maceracion sobre la extraccion de los compuestos fenolicos de la uva y; por otro lado el efecto de la fermentación alcohólica y malo-láctica sobre los compuestos fenólicos y la actividad antioxidante del vino libanes.
