G. Amica es Ingeniera química de la UNMdP. Ha desarrollado actividades en el INTEMA en División Polímeros. Cuenta con experiencia en el ejercicio de la profesión en el ámbito indistrial (Ternium-Siderar, OT). Es Dra. en Cs. de la Ingeniería en la temática de almacenamiento de hidrógeno en el Instituto Balseiro, mediante el cual ha adquirido una amplia experiencia en el estudio de diferentes materiales formadores de hidruro (síntesis, caracterización y estudio de la interacción con H2) y en el análisis de factibilidad para su aplicación concreta en aplicaciones móviles. Realizó su posdoc (CONICET) en la temática de purificación de H2 y conversión de dióxido de carbono empleando sistemas hidruros. G. Amica cuenta con experiencia en el uso de las siguientes técnicas experimentales: Molienda mecánica, DSC, Equipo volumétrico tipo Sieverts, TG, TPR/TPD, GC, FTIR de fase sólida y fase gaseosa, ÁREA BET, XRD, FTIR, Raman, SEM, TEM, BET, XAS, XPS, LECO.
