Durante mi Tesis Doctoral estudié la valorización de aceite comestible usado a través de su conversión en un biocombustible. En este sentido, he adquirido conocimientos en las áreas de biocatálisis y catálisis heterogénea con materiales catalíticos superácidos. Adicionalmente, poseo experticia en síntesis orgánica, aislamiento e identificación de lípidos cuticulares en insectos, destilación de solventes, purificación por recristalización y sublimación, caracterización por espectroscopia infrar... Durante mi Tesis Doctoral estudié la valorización de aceite comestible usado a través de su conversión en un biocombustible. En este sentido, he adquirido conocimientos en las áreas de biocatálisis y catálisis heterogénea con materiales catalíticos superácidos. Adicionalmente, poseo experticia en síntesis orgánica, aislamiento e identificación de lípidos cuticulares en insectos, destilación de solventes, purificación por recristalización y sublimación, caracterización por espectroscopia infrarroja FTIR, cromatografía gaseosa GC y liquida (en columna, capa fina y HPLC), determinación de índice de acidez y reacción superficial a temperatura programa de moléculas sonda.
