Realización de control bacteriológico en alimentos de consumo ambulante en relación socio sanitaria, realizando muestreo y luego aplicando el método de control de aerobios mesofilos totales y colimetria presuntiva y confirmativa establecidas por ANMAT con detección de E. coli O157-H7.Control microbiologico de aguas y alimentos. Búsqueda de patógenos en aguas recreacionales, superficiales y de riego. Coliformes totales, coliformes fecales, E. coli, Salmonella sp., Pseudomonas aeruginosas. Determinación de Virus gastroentericos humanos Rotavirus, Adenovirus, Norovirus, Virus de Hepatitis A y Virus de Hepatitis E en Verduras de hoja y respectiva agua de riego.
