Desarrollé mi tesina y tesis doctoral en el laboratorio de Biología del Desarrollo de las Plantas (DBBE, IBBEA) bajo la dirección de la Dra. Sara Maldonado y el Dr. Hernán Burrieza y la co-dirección de la Dra. Alicia Zelada. Durante mi trayecto en este laboratorio incorporé conocimientos de biología molecular y celular vegetal utilizando técnicas relacionadas (PCR, RT-qPCR, Western-blot, electroforesis, extracción de ADN, ARN y proteínas, microscopía, etc.) y fisiología vegetal estrechamente vinculada con la respuesta al estrés abiótico, utilizando como modelo de estudio a Chenopodium quinoa Willd. (quinoa) y la influcencia del estrés salino sobre proteínas de embriogénesis tardía (LEAs). Actualmente desarrollo mi beca post-doctoral en el laboratorio de micología (DBBE, INMIBO), donde estoy estudiando al interacción e influencia de un endofito del género Alternaria con direfentes organismos vegetales de la familia de las brasicaceas, y su influencia en la tolerancia al estrés abiótico. *Information provided by the agent in SIGEVALines of Investigation
