Extracción y cuantificación de polifenoles de alperujo.Caracterización de biomasa regional (Humedad,Nitrógeno por método Kjelhdal,Cenizas, fibra bruta, lignina klason, holocelulosa, alfa, beta y gama celulosa).Manejo de HPLC: cuantificación de hidroxitirosol y ácido láctico.Determinación de Actividad antioxidante (DPPH) y análisis de cinética, Polifenoles totales por método Folin Cicalteau. Realización de fermentaciones de escobajo con pretratamiento ácido y alcalino, y sin pretratamiento. Cuantificación de azúcares reductores (Método del DNS), cuantificación de biomasa fúngica (Método gravimétrico y glucosamina).Determinación de cinéticas de crecimiento de biomasa y metabolito en sistemas de membrana.Diseño y construcción de biorreactor escala de banco para FES.
