Estudio de los hongos filamentosos de diferentes habitad y condiciones ecofisiológicas. Identificación de especies fúngicas. Cultivos de los hongos in-vitro, cultivo agarizado, bajo fermentación sumergida y fermentación en estado sólido (FES). Estudio de los cambios físico-químicos en los distintos bioprocesos. Efecto de streses abioticos sobre crecimiento fúngico. Obtención e identificación de enzimas fúngicas. Transformación y revalorizaciónde los residuos industriales y agroindustriales vía FES por hongos para la obtención de diferentes productos de interés agrícola e industrial.
