Desde el año 2014 integro el grupo de investigación dirigido por la Dra. Claudia Gentili en el Laboratorio de Química Biológica, DBByF (INBIOSUR/CONICET-UNS). En el 2019, el otorgamiento de una Beca Interna de Finalización de Doctorado permitió llevar a cabo las tareas experimentales necesarias para presentar mi trabajo de Tesis de Doctorado en Biología. Actualmente, gracias al otorgamiento de una Beca Interna Posdoctoral continuo mis investigaciones en el marco de los proyectos vigentes que indagan en factores del microambiente tumoral y su relevancia en la génesis y progresión del cáncer. En particular abordo una nueva arista del tema de investigación, con énfasis en el efecto de microorganismos recientemente descriptos como nuevos probióticos y su rol en el microambiente del cáncer colorrectal con el fin de establecer su eficacia en el diseño de nuevas estrategias terapéuticas. Recientemente obtuve el ingreso a la Carrera del Investigador del CONICET lo que me permitirá continuar esta línea de investigación. *Information provided by the agent in SIGEVA
