Mi experticia en CyT involucra diversas técnicas de purificacion e identificación de compuestos químicos provenientes de plantas medicinales especialmente Flavonoides. Las técnicas empleadas son técnicas cromatográficas tales como Cromatografia en columa, TLC y CP analítica y prepatativa, HPLC y CG, a su vez tengo experiencia en técnicas de identificación tales como Espectrofotometría UV-Vis, IR, HPLC-MS y RMN. En particular trabajo en el aislamiento y purificación de flavonoides con el fin de determinar su actividad antioxidante frente al estrés oxidativo inducido por xenobióticos en leucocitos humanos, empleando ensayos de fluorometría, quimioluminiscencia, y evaluación por espectrofotometría de la actividad de diversas enzimas antioxidantes y biomarcadores de estres oxidativo. Experiencia en síntesis de nanopartículas metálicas sintetizadas con cultivos bacterianos, extractos vegetales y flavonoides puros. Experiencia en el campo microbiólogico tales como evaluacion de CIM, Dameros y cultivo de bacterias, así como también manejo de animales de laboratorio (ratones). *Information provided by the agent in SIGEVA
