Mi área de especialización se centra en los estudios de ecología química de insectos plagas que afectan a los cultivos agrícolas. En particular, me dedico a la manipulación de su comportamiento olfativo con el fin de desarrollar estrategias eficaces de monitoreo y control. Además, cuento con experiencia en la investigación para la creación de formulaciones de biopesticidas a base de extractos vegetales, dirigidas al control de insectos en general. Mi objetivo principal es aplicar estos conocimientos para diseñar estrategias de monitoreo y control de insectos plagas que sean sustentables tanto para el ambiente como para la salud humana. *Information provided by the agent in SIGEVA
