Durante mi carrera cientifica me he dedicado a estudiar la forma de mejorar los cultivos y aminorar los daños ecológicos causados por el uso de sustancia nocivas que se utilizan habitualmente en la practicas agrícolas. He aprendido diferentes técnicas dentro del campo de la biología molecular como: transformacion de plantas, diferentes técnicas de clonado (Gateway, Golden Gate), manipulacion de ADN, ARN, proteínas, técnicas epigeneticas, etc.
