Mi experiencia en investigación en Ciencia y Tecnología se desarrolla en el campo del hábitat popular, con fuerte anclaje territorial y articulación entre producción académica, desarrollo tecnológico y transferencia. Se inicia en el IIDUTyV (FAUD-UNMdP), en el marco del Programa Hábitat y Ciudadanía, bajo la dirección del Dr. Mg. Arq. Fernando Cacopardo, participando en proyectos de investigación y extensión como becario CIC, UNMdP y CONICET. Las líneas de trabajo abordan el mejoramiento habitacional, la gestión integral del hábitat popular, el mercado informal de suelo y las estrategias de acceso a la tierra, analizando relaciones entre estado, mercado y actores sociales. La trayectoria incluye el doctorado y el desarrollo de investigaciones con enfoques territoriales y multiescalares, combinando trabajo de campo, entrevistas, cartografía social y análisis de redes para producir conocimiento aplicado y fortalecer procesos de gestión territorial.
