Licenciada en Ciencia Política y doctoranda en Ciencias Sociales de la Universidad Nacional de Villa María. Mi área de actuación profesional se centra en la investigación de las políticas sociales dirigidas a la población con discapacidad. Más específicamente, mi trabajo se enfoca en el estudio del Sistema de Prestaciones Básicas, tanto en términos jurídicos-institucionales como en relación a su funcionamiento en concreto. En este marco, desde los Estudios Críticos en Discapacidad, indago las maneras en que dicho sistema configura una serie de experiencias para las personas con discapacidad y sus familias en la lucha por hacer efectivos los derechos allí establecidos. Para ello, reconstruyo los itinerarios que deben recorrer teniendo en cuenta la fragmentación del sistema de seguridad, las distintas barreras existentes y las estrategias para sortearlas así como el papel que juega el Estado y las burocracias. En términos metodológicos me oriento hacia investigaciones de tipo cualitativas y a la utilización de técnicas como la biografía y la entrevista. *Information provided by the agent in SIGEVALines of Investigation
