Los ejes de investigación se orientan al desarrollo local a través del estudio y trabajo con cooperativas del norte Argentino que concentran a pequeños productores cuyo fin es la asociación para la conservación de su patrimonio. Entre los principales temas de investigación están: la agricultura familiar, cultivos locales y el agregado valor de productos alimenticios elaborados en cooperativas y organizaciones de productores. Por otro lado, tareas vinculadas a un emprendimiento en diseño, corte y armado de Calzado con experiencia de distintos materiales.
