He desarrollado mi carrera científica en el campo de las Neurociencias. Durante mi doctorado me especialicé en Neurofarmacología experimental, adquiriendo habilidades en distintas técnicas in vivo, como electrofisiología, microdiálisis de neurotransmisores y su cuantificación mediante HPLC y diferentes test conductuales. Luego, durante mi entrenamiento postdoctoral, trabajé en el campo de la biología celular y molecular de neuronas, en los temas envejecimiento neuronal y neurobiología de la enf... He desarrollado mi carrera científica en el campo de las Neurociencias. Durante mi doctorado me especialicé en Neurofarmacología experimental, adquiriendo habilidades en distintas técnicas in vivo, como electrofisiología, microdiálisis de neurotransmisores y su cuantificación mediante HPLC y diferentes test conductuales. Luego, durante mi entrenamiento postdoctoral, trabajé en el campo de la biología celular y molecular de neuronas, en los temas envejecimiento neuronal y neurobiología de la enfermedad de Alzheimer. El desarrollo de este tipo de investigación me permitió adquirir las siguientes técnicas: cultivo primario de neuronas, fraccionamiento subcelular y purificación de sinpasis, RT-PCR cuantitativa, western blotting, inmunocitoquímica y diversas técnicas bioquímicas. Además, tuve la posibilidad de adquirir experiencia en tres tipos de microscopía de fluorescencia (epifluorescencia, confocal y TIRF), que he aplicado en mis investigaciones con neuronas.
