Desarrollo de: a) métodos de detección de introgresión de genes africanos en poblaciones de Apis mellifera (secuencias mitocondriales, PCR-RFLP, utilización de enzimas de restricción, secuenciación de fragmentos de ADN), b) detección de enfermedades en abejas mellíferas (análisis macro y microscópicos, incluyendo determinaciones moleculares por PCR y cuantificaciones por qPCR, c) análisis de resistencia diferencial a agroquímicos en distintos haplogrupos de abejas (evaluación por técnicas de toxicidad oral aguda in vitro), d) análisis de resistencia y/o tolerancia a parásitos y patógenos en distintos haplogrupos de abejas (técnicas macro y microscópicas de presencia y cuantificación de enfermedades), e) aplicación de estudios biogeográficos para analizar la distribución de haplogrupos maternos de Apis mellifera y los índices de prevalencia de enfermedades, f) análisis de asociación a características climáticas para evaluar su relación con la distribución de los haplogrupos/patógenos mediante la utilización de herramientas de ciencia de datos aplicadas a sistemas naturales. *Information provided by the agent in SIGEVA
