My research experience is based on Field collections and taxonomic determination (focusing on Poaceae); Cytogenetic analysis: mitosis, meiosis, pollen viability, FISH, GISH, karyotypes, idiograms, chromosome banding, flow cytometry (genome size, ploidy levels); Reproductive modes analysis: phenology, pollination syndromes, seed set production, germination tests, FCSS, seed viability; Cytoembryology analysis: morphology and anatomy of embryo sac formation, pollen-pistil compatibility; pollen germination; Molecular genetics: DNA-RNA extraction, PCR, rtPCR, molecular markers: SSR, RAPD, ISSR, AFLP, QTL, radSeq, SNPs, chromosome mapping, genomics, transcriptomics; Data analysis focused on population genetics and evolutionary trends, with R and R Studio, GeneMarker, GenAlEx, Structure, Infogen, Genodive-Genotype, Hickory, Arlequin; Germplasm collection, treatment, and storage; Geographical distribution analysis of plant species and niche analysis, QGis, ArcGis, R and R Studio, DivaGis; Red List assessment for the IUCN; Morphological analysis for taxonomic studies and agronomic essays *Information provided by the agent in SIGEVA
