Mi investigación sobre respuestas adaptativas y mecanismos de estrés en microorganismos ha generado publicaciones como autor principal y colaboraciones internacionales, fortaleciendo mi capacidad para analizar sistemas complejos e interpretar datos biológicos a gran escala. Busco transicionar hacia la biología sintética computacional, aplicando modelos cuantitativos para apoyar el diseño a nivel de ADN, la ingeniería de cepas y pipelines computacionales en equipos interdisciplinarios.
