Eh adquirido destreza en el manejo de varias técnicas y uso de equipamiento necesario para planificar y llevar a cabo tareas de investigación y realizar las trabajos asignados en los cargos docentes. Entre las técnicas que manejo se destacan la microscopía óptica y de fluorescencia, purificación y determinación de compuestos naturales por cromatografía líquida y gaseosa, técnicas de biología molecular (extracción de material genético, cuantificación por qPCR), determinaciones fluorométricas, cultivo de células eucariotas, entre otras. Así mismo, durante mi doctorado eh adquirido destreza en la micro propagación in vitro de plantas de frutilla, el uso de técnicas de transformación genética, así también como técnicas de histología, aislamiento y cultivo de hongos, entre otros. Actualmente me encuentro dentro del campo de estudio para el desarrollo de nuevas estrategias terapéuticas y diagnósticas en enfermedades neurodegenerativas, específicamente en la identificación de nuevas moléculas neuroprotectoras a partir de modificación racional de tetraciclinas. *Information provided by the agent in SIGEVA
