Desde el año 2006 trabajo en el Programa de Arqueología Subacuática, el cual es dirigido por la Dra. Elkin (CONICET) y se aboca estudio arqueológico de naufragios. Entre el 2011 y 2012, para la licenciatura en arqueología, caractericé aspectos tecnológicos específicos el vapor Presidente Roca (1896-1909), naufragado en la Península Valdés. Estos fueron analizados relación a las tecnologías navales de la segunda revolución industrial (1870-1914). En paralelo investigué sobre los procesos de formación del sitio. Actualmente me encuentro finalizando el Doctorado en Arqueología en la Universidad de Buenos Aires. Aquí busco ampliar la escala de trabajo y las líneas de investigación mencionadas desde la perspectiva de paisaje marítimo en la Península Valdés. La investigación en curso por medio del estudio de cuatro naufragios, genera información sobre el pasado marítimo de la región y los procesos de formación asociados a los náufragos. Estos conocimientos serán útiles para la gestión de dichos recursos culturales y un antecedente para numerosos casos similares en la costa argentina. *Information provided by the agent in SIGEVA
