Soy líder de un grupo de investigación multidisciplinaria en el ámbito de la biomedicina. Con mi grupo investigamos los mecanismos moleculares que regulan las señales intracelulares, que son importantes para la salud y se ven afectados en enfermedades. En mi laboratorio utilizamos biología molecular, bioquímica, biología estructural, biología celular, experimentos en organismos modelo de investigación y colaboramos con expertos en cristalografía, química medicinal, biofísica computacional y otr... Soy líder de un grupo de investigación multidisciplinaria en el ámbito de la biomedicina. Con mi grupo investigamos los mecanismos moleculares que regulan las señales intracelulares, que son importantes para la salud y se ven afectados en enfermedades. En mi laboratorio utilizamos biología molecular, bioquímica, biología estructural, biología celular, experimentos en organismos modelo de investigación y colaboramos con expertos en cristalografía, química medicinal, biofísica computacional y otras capacidades complementarias. Nuestras investigaciones en el área de biología química tienen el potencial de ser el inicio de nuevos fármacos con modo de acción innovador. Así, a través de los años, bajo el auspicio del gobierno Alemán, he liderado proyectos aplicados en el área de descubrimiento y desarrollo temprano de fármacos.
