Desarrollo y aplico tres métodos: Portulano, Stlocus y Territorii. Desde 2007 participo de International Network of Territorial Intelligence como representante de América Latina. Desde 2016 coordino dos ACP y MTP (UNLP-CONICET): Puente de Fierro Territorio Posible, y Territorio, Industria y Ambiente. Desde 2020 dirijo un PA-MINCYT COVID-19. Desde 2020 impulsamos Territorios Posibles por Utopías Reales, manifiesto y propuesta de IAP concreta latinoamericana para el mundo
