Mi tesis doctoral abarcó temas relacionados a la ecología trófica de aves carroñeras y tafonomía. Dominé las técnicas necesarias para el reconocimiento de taxones, como también los métodos de análisis estadístico. Desarrollé herramientas para identificar la participación de aves carroñeras en la historia tafonómica de un cadáver, con implicancias forenses. He realizado y dictado cursos de ilustración científica como también numerosas ilustraciones publicadas en diversas revistas científicas, incluidas Science. Tengo cuatro años de experiencia docente en formación media (3º y 4º año) y he realizado diversos cursos de la Especialización en divulgación de la ciencia, la tecnología y la innovación de la UNRN. A su vez, he participado cuatro veces consecutivas en "los Científicos van a las escuelas" del MINCyT. Me encuentro investigando la percepción de distintos grupos sociales respecto a las aves carroñeras, de modo que me permita establecer el grado de conflicto entre las mismas y los productores ganaderos.
