Caracterización fotoquímica y fotofísica de fotoprotectores UV naturales, en particular: compuestos de origen marino de la familia de los aminoácidos tipo micosporina. Aplicación de técnicas espectroscópicas inducidas por láser (optoacústica, fotólisis por pulso láser y fluorescencia). Evaluación de actividad antioxidante de sustancias por métodos espectrofotométricos y espectrometría de resonancia de espin electrónico.
