Durante el desarrollo de mi tesis doctoral, adquirí experiencia en una multitud de tecnicas de biología celular como cultivo celular, western blot y expresión y purificación de proteinas recombinantes. Asimismo, domino tecnicas de biologia molecular como PCR o clonado de vectores. Mi principal enfoque experimental fue la microscopia de fluorescencia cuantitativa. En particular, microscopia confocal utilizando tecnicas como FRET, para estudiar interacciones proteina-proteina. Durante mi postdoctorado en Francia, continue esta formacion en microscopia cuantitativa aplicandola especificamente al estudio de la organizacion tridimensional de la cromatina y mecanismos epigeneticos de regulacion en un modelo de desarrollo embrionario. Implemente la tecnica de Oligopaint FISH, lo que incluyo el diseño bioinformatico de oligonucleotidos y su posterior amplificacion. Implemente el uso de las microscopias de superresolución 3D-SIM y STORM. Notablemente, aprendi a programar mi propio software para el analisis de imagenes semi-automatico y la obtencion de parametros cuantitativos. *Information provided by the agent in SIGEVA
