Dominio de técnicas de biología molecular (marcadores SSR, AFLP, INDEL), cDNA-AFLP, transcriptómica. Experiencia en el empleo de marcadores moleculares de proteínas para la caracterización de germoplasma silvestre de tomate. Análisis de datos con software estadísticos, diseño de experimentos.
