I am interested in evolutionary processes and ecological factors that shaped skeletal variation during human evolution. I use virtual anthropology and traditional morphometric methods to analyse skulls and mandibles from museum collections and recently excavated archaeological sites. I work collaboratively with colleagues for combining morphological data with other data types (e.g., isotopic, genetic, linguistic, paleopathology) to build biocultural explanations about the human past.
