Me he desarrollado en el estudio y evaluación de factores protectores (inteligencia emocional y esperanza) y de riego (desesperanza, estrés y síndrome de burnout) para la salud mental de los docentes. Actualmente estoy abocada al estudio de recursos protectores del estrés (serenidad, perdón, asertividad y planificación) en docentes en formación. Así como también al diseño de estrategias de intervención que promuevan el desarrollo de la autoeficacia en los profesionales de la educación.
