Durante mi formación doctoral desarrollé actividades relacionadas con la optimización de procesos de purificación de proteínas, de fermentación y cambio de escala. Esto involucró diversas técnicas bioquímicas como SDS-Page, Western-Blot y distintas cromatografías. Además obtuve anticuerpos monoclonales contra flagelina de S. Typhimurium mediante la técnica del hibridoma (en ratón)los cuales resultaron útiles para serotipificaión.Actualmente trabajo en el desarrollo de una terapia para sindrome urémico hemolítico a base de fragmentos F(ab')2 neutralizantes de las toxinas Shiga, procedentes de sueros equinos hiperinmunes. *Information provided by the agent in SIGEVA
