La línea de investigación que desarrollo tiene como objetivo lograr la biorrefinería de las especies marinas comerciales y terrestres cultivables. El principal propósito es generar una alternativa eco sustentable focalizada en: 1) revalorizar los residuos de la industria pesquera nacional mediante la obtención de biomoléculas de aplicación biotecnológica/industrial; 2) reducir el impacto ambiental generado por los desechos producidos por las plantas procesadoras pesqueras, que actualmente son descartados sin ningún tratamiento previo y 3) ofrecer una solución integral e innovadora en el mercado de la industria pesquera local y nacional. *Information provided by the agent in SIGEVA
