Me desempeño como biólogo marino, soy doctor por UBA (FCEyN) y por la Universidad de Bercelona. Utilizo a los mamíferos marinos como especies centinela del estado del ecosistema marino. Formo recursos humanos especializados en biología marina con orientación en biodiversidad marina, ecotoxicología, ecología genética y ecología del comportamiento. Manejo técnicas de estudio a campo, y de laboratorio vinculadas con microscopia electrónica y óptica, histología y morfología, en mi unidad de investigación tenemos capacidades en técnicas de estudios genéticos y ecotoxicológicos.
