Diseño, preparación, síntesis y caracterización de materiales para uso como catalizadores heterogéneos. Materiales nanoestructurados, zeolitas, estructuras organometálicas, óxidos mixtos con estructura tipo perovskita para ser evaluados en reacciones de valorización de moléculas obtenidas a partir de biomasa y oxidaciones selectivas de moléculas orgánicas para la obtención de productos de interés para la industria química fina. Desarrollo de fotocatalizadores y su evaluación en la fotodegradación de contaminantes en fase acuosa orientados al cuidado del ambiente, mediante la eliminación de contaminantes generados por tecnologías menos avanzadas. Técnicas analíticas: Cromatografía en fase gaseosa y acoplado a Espectroscopía de Masa, Cromatografía en fase líquida de alta performance, Espectroscopía Infrarojo con Transformada de Fourier, Espectroscopía UV-Visible, Difracción de Rayos X, Análisis Termogravimétrico, entre otras. *Information provided by the agent in SIGEVA
