Mis investigaciones se han basado en la interacción de la Arqueología con las Geociencias, especializándome en Geoarqueología. Me capacité en técnicas sedimentológicas, geoquímicas, tefrocronológicas, paleontológicas, para la reconstrucción de los escenarios climático ? ambientales y culturales del Cuaternario. Me gradué como Arqueóloga en la Universidad de la República, Uruguay y me doctoré en la Facultad de Filosofía y Letras de la UBA, Argentina. Integré desde el año 2004 el plantel de la Div. Min. Petro. y Sedi. del Museo de la Plata-FCNYM - UNLP, con la dirección de la Dra. Blasi. En la actualidad, como Investigadora Independiente CONICET, integro la División Paleontología de Vertebrados del Museo Argentino de Ciencias Naturales (MACN-CONICET), soy Investigadora Adscripta a la Div. Min. Petro. y Sedi. del Museo de la Plata de la FCNYM-UNLP, e Investigadora Adscripta del Laboratorio de anatomía y biología evolutiva de vertebrados de la Universidad de Luján. Mis principales contribuciones se hallan relacionadas a la prehistoria de las Tierras bajas sudamericanas. *Information provided by the agent in SIGEVA
