He trabajado en temas de historia urbana, asentamientos populares, politicas de hábitat, de salud y de asistencia social, conflictos urbanos, representaciones sociales de la ciudad, procesos judiciales en torno a derecho a la ciudad, organizaciones barriales y politicidad de los sectores populares. Los trabajos se realizaron en base a fuentes secundarias que implicaron al analisis de documentos historicos, leyes, produdcidos por organsmos púbicos y datos censales. En relación a las fuentes primarias se utilizaron técnicas cualitativas de investigacion como historias de vida, métododo etnográfico y entrevsitas, entre otros y métodos cuantitativos como encuestas.
