Mis intereses científicos se centran en la determinación de información cinética y mecanística relacionada con materiales catalíticos utilizados en procesos industriales, en particular relacionados al medio ambiente (catálisis ambiental). Más precisamente, analizo en detalle los fundamentos que subyacen al modelado de sistemas reaccionantes, tratando separadamente a las etapas de transporte (cantidad de movimiento, materia y energía) y pasos cinéticos intrínsecos, identificando en cada caso las constantes de reacción con o sin técnicas de ajuste de modelos de múltiples parámetros. Metodológicamente, baso mi trabajo en la interacción "comprensión del estado del arte - experimentación de laboratorio - análisis de resultados - modelado" de forma iterativa hasta alcanzar conclusiones válidas que permitan la publicación de resultados. Soy docente de la cátedra Modelado Ambiental, de la carrera Ingeniería Ambiental (FICH/UNL), en la que se estudia el transporte de contaminantes en agua-aire-suelo cuantificando sus reacciones-especiación-movimiento. *Information provided by the agent in SIGEVA
