Tengo experiencia en el hispanomedievalismo y la paleografía desde el año 2008 con proyectos de investigación de la Universidad Nacional de San Juan (UNSJ) y la Universidad Nacional de Mar del Plata (UNMDP) acompañados por becas de investigación y posgrado de la UNSJ y del CONICET. Soy docentes en el grado universitario del Departamento de Historia (FFHA - UNSJ); y en el nivel de posgrado. Otro campo de actividad ha sido la extensión y divulgación de la ciencia con talleres, conferencias y participación en medios audiovisuales. Conformé un grupo de investigaciones en la UNSJ que ha llevado a cabo dos proyectos de investigación bajo mi dirección.En la última década, con el aporte de la Literatura, la Semiótica, la Antropología, las Ciencias Políticas, la Filosofía, el Derecho y las Neurociencias, me especialicé en las narrativas alfonsíes y post-alfonsíes en su capacidad de semantizar la realidad, fundar la identidad y establecer un orden social; centrándome en los últimos años en los escritos de don Juan Manuel (s.
